DXD-PJSH Tablet or Capsule Packaging Machine

Scope of applications：

This machine is specially designed for the medical industry to make true four-sided packs that contain tablets or capsules of multiple shapes. It features a unique dual metering device, double row packs and high metering accuracy. It incorporates an advanced metering mechanism to ensure “zero” error in the number of tablets or capsules to be packed. The packing rate can be adjusted without shutdown of the machine. It in incorporates a cross deviation correction device with two degrees of freedom and an intelligent longitudinal photoelectric trademark positioning system. Continuous trademark mode and fixed trademark mode can be switched at will. It can automatically perform pack-making, metering, filling, sealing, cutting, notching, counting (with count preset) and with the stamping/printing of date/batch codes.
